Assessment responses and results are transmitted to our assessment processing system and stored using Cloudflare’s database services. We also use Wix to operate our website and deliver assessment-related notifications.

Your assessment progress may be temporarily saved in your browser so you can return to an unfinished assessment. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to access locally saved responses.

Marketing Communications

Participation in the assessment does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.

You may separately choose to receive leadership insights, book updates, resources, and promotional emails. This consent is optional and is not required to complete the assessment.
