At Beyond the Beginning, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for our services and products.

2. Consulting Services
Fees paid for completed consulting sessions are generally non‑refundable, as they reflect time and expertise already provided.

  • If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24/48 hours in advance.

  • Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24/48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

3. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (such as downloads, templates, or online materials), all sales are generally final and non‑refundable once access has been granted, unless required by law.

4. Physical Products (if applicable)
If we sell physical products:

  • You may request a return within 14/30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • To start a return, contact us at hello@beyondthebeginning.com with your order number and details.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable time.

5. Non‑Refundable Items
The following are typically non‑refundable:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Completed consulting sessions

  • Customized or personalized items

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First check your bank or card account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
